Most Sophisticated Japanese slitting machines, hollow spindle covering machines, SSM Switzerland & MURATA Japan Coning machines are used in the manufacturing of our products. Accordingly, we are able to deliver a Top Quality Product to our Important Customers the World over. Due to highly developed technical set up, no minimum quantity restriction is required to be followed. We shall be pleased to supply our products on demand.

REHBROS employs a workforce of more than 50 Skilled Personnel at its production plant, which is situated in Karachi Export Processing Zone in the outskirts of KARACHI, the Industrial Base of Pakistan. Amongst our employees, notable are our Coating & Micro Slitting Staff having industry experience spanning over 2 ½ decades.

Manufacturing Process:

Metallized Yarns are manufactured with a polyester film, which is first metallized with aluminum under high vacuum and then color coated with special resin by advanced methods. The protective coating improves the shine as well as the brilliance of the yarn and guarantees no changes in the same over the period of time. Standard thickness of the polyester film is 12 micron. However, other thickness can be supplied on request with specific minimum order requirements. Universal standard widths are 1/110” (0.22mm), 1/69” (0.37mm) & 1/64” (0.40 MM). 

Metallic yarns are available in the shades shown in the Color Chart. In specific cases, and for quantities to be indicated, special colors can be supplied on request. Our range of product includes non-resistant and resistant yarns to dyeing and finishing procedures.

Applications:

Metallic yarns find their application in most textile domains such as: knitting, weaving, yarn spinning, hosiery, embroidery and as a component in textile accessories, which includes military regalia, twisting, cords, ropes, braids, knitting, trimmings, leavers lace surface and inner gimp decoration.
